YMCA South Side
Located at 28 Saunders Street on the Fredericton exhibition grounds, the South Side YMCA offers a variety of fitness programs for all ages and abilities. The 5,500 square foot Wellness Centre is climate controlled; has two separate stretching rooms; upper and lower body strength machines as well as a full range of free weights, and over 40 pieces of computerized cardiovascular equipment. We also have a wall of flat screen TV’s to view while exercising on your favorite cardio machine.

YMCA North Side/Willie O’Ree
Located at 605 Cliffe Street next to Leo Hayes High School, the 4,400 square foot North Side Wellness Centre is new and climate controlled with two expansive walls of windows for natural light. It features a range of free weights, STRIVE brand weight machines and a wide range and variety of computerized cardiovascular equipment to use while viewing flat screen TV’s.
