DUSTY SNEAKERS (Moderate Intensity)
This class is designed especially for our active older adult participants. It includes a bit of everything for your body to help energize you for your day. Your instructors, Del and Monique, will keep you smiling and having fun - before you know it, you'll have a great workout!

PILATES LEVEL I: ( Beginner)
This class is perfect for the new Pilates student as well as those looking for a Pilates refresher.  Experience the benefits of Pilates first hand as you develop a stronger more supple body from head to toe.
Class work will include both Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises with a strong emphasis non correct form and technique.  This is an excellent choice for individuals looking for safe and effective back pain management strategies.

PILATES LEVEL II: (Intermediate & Advanced)
This class is open to participants with previous Pilates experience.  If you have a strong Pilates foundation and are ready for more, this is the class for you!  Content will differ slightly each week as new exercises are introduced to increase core challenge as well as full body stamina and flexibility.

GENTLE KRIPALU YOGA: (All levels with beginner emphasis)
This calm and individualized approach makes it a good choice for those who are looking for a delicious stretch, and want to explore some basic yoga postures that work for their body in a safe environment.  People that complete the seven weeks should finish with a basic knowledge of yoga, allowing them to get the most out of a home practice and future yoga classes.
A typical class will begin with centering, warm ups and gentle postures, followed by a series of individual poses and ending with a relaxation to integrate the body mind and spirit.
This class is lead by a yoga instructor who is certified in the Kripalu tradition.
** Please note: Participants are asked to bring a small cozy blanket.  A limited supply of yoga mats are available on site; however; it is advised to bring your own mat for personal hygiene safety.


YOGA THRIVE - THERAPEUTIC YOGA FOR CANCER SURVIVORS: (All levels)
Yoga Thrive is a research-based, therapeutic yoga program for cancer survivors (on or off treatment) and their support persons.
This gentle 7 week yoga program is based on Hatha yoga, but has been modified for cancer survivors, especially those who are experiencing stiffness, pain, stress or fatigue.  Dr. Nicole Culos-Reed has been researching the benefits of this program since 2002.
Past participants have found significant benefits including, enhanced overall mood, reduced stress levels, an increase in physical strength and their quality of life.
Each class is 75 minutes in length and is progressive, with each class building on the previous.  It is led by a certified yoga instructor who is also trained in the Yoga Thrive Program.
